Contact Social Services
The social service department is focused on promoting and advocating for each individual’s right to determine the course of their care. The department applies assessment, advocacy, intervention, and education of individuals and families upon admission and throughout the stay, directed by the choices of the individual. The department discusses interventions for adjustment to individuals and families, offers support through grief and loss issues, care planning, behavior review and management as well as psychotropic medication monitoring and review. Social services’ educates individuals’ regarding available community resources, and makes referrals as directed through the individuals goals.
