Dining Services

The Dining Services department is headed by a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Dietary Manager.  There are 12 additional staff, including experienced cooks and dietary aids that prepare and serve three nutritious meals on a daily basis.  Special diets are prepared and served as needed including therapeutic and mechanically altered diets.

All meals are served in each of our three main dining rooms unless requested to be served in a resident’s room.  The nurse aides assist the residents with their meals with a choice of two main entrees, soups, salads and desserts.
